The Selfridge Golf Course was originally established in the late 1940s and is situated at the southeast end of Selfridge Air National Guard Base. This PGA-sanctioned 18-hole course features large undulating greens, well-drained sand traps, and challenging hole layouts that test players of varying skill levels.

The facility includes a two-tiered driving range with ample tee space, a chipping green, three large practice target greens, and a practice sand trap. An 8,000 square foot putting green adjacent to the clubhouse offers multiple levels, mounds, and rolls suitable for both beginners and experienced players.

The course is known for its unique setting on a military base in Michigan, offering a distinctive playing experience. The staff is experienced in running golf tournaments and provides instruction through group clinics for various demographics including beginners, juniors, ladies, and men, as well as individual lessons. The course's Class A PGA Professional brings 15 years of teaching experience and multiple certifications including US Kids Golf Instructor and Mitchell Golf Club Builder credentials.
