Scarlett Woods Golf Club (City of Toronto)

Scarlett Woods Golf Course is an executive-length, 18-hole par 61 course spanning 3,749 yards, designed to accommodate both beginner and experienced golfers. Located within the South Humber regional park system, the course opened on July 1, 1974, as part of a comprehensive development program approved by Metro Toronto Council.

The signature hole is the 17th, which features a water hazard positioned alongside the fairway, presenting a notable challenge for experienced players. The course's executive length makes it accessible for golfers of varying skill levels while maintaining interesting shot-making opportunities.

Named after John Scarlett, an early 19th-century English settler who contributed to the development of the Humber Valley, the golf course sits adjacent to Scarlett Mills Park. The course operates as a City of Toronto municipal facility, offering both 18-hole and 9-hole play options with equipment rentals available.
