Located in Fuefuki City, Yamanashi Prefecture, Sakaigawa Country Club is a 72-par, 18-hole course designed under the supervision of professional Kishi Isao. The course is situated in the Kofu Basin, offering views of the Akaishi Mountains, Minami Alps, and Chichibu Range. The terrain is characterized as flat, a feature that allows the course to accommodate players ranging from beginners to veterans. The facility is located in an area known as the "Riuto no Sato," or the land of plum and peach blossoms, and is noted for having a drier climate than the surrounding cities. The front nine begins with a par-4 that looks out over the Kofu Basin, followed by a second hole that requires a tee shot over a valley. The third hole is a par-3 that plays downhill toward the basin, with a green surrounded by bunkers. The back nine features a long par-5, the 10th hole, which measures 551 yards from the back tees. The course includes multiple tee boxes, including the back, regular, silver, gold, and ladies' tees, with a JGA/KGA course rating of 71.4. Strategic elements are present throughout the layout, such as the second hole where players must navigate an OB area on the right and aim for a specific tree. The first hole also presents an OB risk on the left side. The course is JGA and KGA certified, with a course rating of 71.4 as of March 2025.
