Sailfish Sands Golf Course, located in Stuart, Florida, is a 36-hole facility comprising an 18-hole championship layout and a 9-hole course. The 18-hole Sailfish course was designed by Ron Garl and plays as a par 72. It features four sets of tees, with the back tees stretching to 6,221 yards and the forward tees playing to 4,979 yards. The course is characterized by tight fairways, small greens, and water hazards on nearly every hole. The signature hole is the ninth, a long dog-leg right par 4 that presents a narrow landing area with trees on the right and water on the left.

The facility also includes the Sands 9, a reversible nine-hole course designed by John Sanford of Sanford Golf Design. This layout is set up to be played in one direction, known as Sands Black, and then flipped to play in the opposite direction, known as Sands Gold. The Sands Black course plays to a par 35 at 3,368 yards from the furthest tees, while the Sands Gold course plays to a par 34 at 2,868 yards. The direction of play is determined by management based on seasonal conditions and course status.

Sailfish Sands is situated adjacent to the City of Stuart and is part of the Florida Historic Golf Trail. The site's history dates back to the early 1920s when plans were developed for the St. Lucie Golf Club and Tennis Court Club, with William Langford designing the original 18-hole layout. Nine holes officially opened in 1947 as the Martin County Golf & Country Club after the county acquired the property. The course officially opened as a complete 18-hole facility in 1963, with the final nine holes added by the late 1980s to complete the current 36-hole layout.
