The 18-hole Sagamore Golf Course is a par-70 championship course located in Bolton Landing, New York, in the foothills of the Adirondacks. Designed and built under the personal supervision of legendary architect Donald Ross in 1928, the course stretches 6,821 yards and has become a must-play destination for golfers.

The course is characterized by narrow, hardwood-lined fairways and undulating greens with deep bunkers, exemplifying Ross's classical design philosophy. Each hole presents natural challenges through the course's setting among lush foliage, hills, and ponds. The opening hole, a par-4, dips downhill and provides stunning views of Lake George and the Adirondacks. The course underwent a significant restoration in the 1980s and features a historic 1928-style clubhouse.

Sagamore Golf Course offers breathtaking Lake George views throughout the round and is noted for its attention to detail in design and maintenance. The facility includes a practice range, professional instruction from PGA-certified instructors, and an award-winning pro shop. Shuttle service is available between the resort and the mainland golf course. The course has been ranked among Golfweek's Top 200 Resort Golf Courses and Links Magazine's top single-course destinations in the U.S.
