Rush Creek Golf Club, located in Maple Grove, Minnesota, approximately 20 minutes from downtown Minneapolis, was founded in 1996 by W. Duncan MacMillan. The course was designed by renowned architects John Fought and Bob Cupp, who transformed a former golf course and farm into a premier facility. The design offers a private club atmosphere while operating as a public course, making golf accessible to a broad range of players.

The course features the Mac Nine, a nine-hole option alongside the full layout. The facility showcases the natural landscape with southwest-facing exposure providing panoramic views of the golf course and wetlands. The setting incorporates the region's terrain while maintaining playability for golfers of varying skill levels.

Beyond golf, Rush Creek operates as a comprehensive facility. The clubhouse includes the MacMillan Ballroom and Banquet Center, opened in 2000, which serves events and tournaments. The facility also features the Highlander Pub restaurant, golf instruction programs for adults and juniors, and extensive event services including weddings and corporate functions.
