Rowallan Castle Golf Course is a championship layout designed by eight-time World Number One Colin Montgomerie, located on a historic 600-acre estate near Glasgow in Ayrshire, Scotland. The course features 18 holes with undulating greens set within a mature landscape offering spectacular views of the Ayrshire countryside and two regional castles. Players can choose between nine or 18-hole rounds.

The course is characterized by wide fairways, large greens well-protected by bunkers, and demanding par-3s that test iron play. Notable holes include the tough opening par-4, a challenging par-5 ninth hole overlooking the clubhouse, and the finishing 18th hole with views back to the castle. The 16th is described as a formidable par-5.
