Rochford Hall Golf Course

Rochford Hundred Golf Club is a parkland course located in Rochford, Essex, near Southend-On-Sea. The 18-hole course stretches 6,394 yards from the white tees with a par of 72. The course was redesigned in 1924 to its current layout and has maintained this configuration since then.

The club itself has a long heritage, founded in 1893 as Southend Golf Club near Southchurch. In 1896, membership relocated to Rochford following an invitation from James Tabor, who funded the construction of the original eighteen-hole course. Today, Rochford Hundred operates as a traditional members' club with a welcoming atmosphere.

The parkland setting provides a typical English golf experience across varied terrain. The course features winter maintenance protocols, with designated winter greens utilized during seasonal play. The club has achieved Respect in Golf status, reflecting its commitment to inclusive and responsible golf practices.
