River Oaks Golf Course

River Oaks Golf Course and Event Center, established in 1979, is located along the banks of the Tuolumne River in Ceres, California. The course features 18 holes with distinct front and back nines. The front nine sits atop the river bluff and totals 1,528 yards, while the back nine plays 2,066 yards and sits below the bluff along the river. The back nine has been redesigned by the Thornberry and Hall families and Head Golf Professional Greg N. Silva, with updated landscaping throughout the property. The course's picturesque riverside setting and scenic views attract golfers from considerable distances. River Oaks functions as both a golf course and event center, offering tournament play, league competitions, and hosting various golfing events and clinics throughout the year.
