River Club of Mequon

River Club of Mequon is a private country club located in Mequon, a northern suburb of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The course features three distinct nine-hole layouts built in 1963 across 338 acres of elegant terrain overlooking southeastern Wisconsin scenery. Originally designed by David Gill, the course has undergone recent upgrades by architect Bob Lohman. The layout incorporates water features, rolling grasslands, and fairway-tightening timber throughout, providing challenges suitable for players of all skill levels. Five sets of tees are available to accommodate varying abilities and promote equitable play. The course presents a stimulating test of golf with its combination of natural terrain features and strategic design elements. The club is managed by Heritage Golf Group and offers members exclusive tournaments, competitive events, and a full country club lifestyle beyond golf.
