Established in 1895, Reigate Heath Golf Club is a 9-hole heathland course located within a 120-acre Site of Special Scientific Interest in Surrey. The course features eighteen separate tees positioned to alter the appearance and playing angle of each hole on the back nine, providing variety despite the compact layout. Heather and gorse-lined fairways wind through natural heathland terrain around a historic clubhouse and windmill, creating a distinctive parkland setting. The course has gained recognition as one of the best 9-hole courses globally, ranked number 6 by Golf.com and number 40 in Fine Golf's 'Joy to be Alive' rating. Peter Alliss famously described it as "a little gem," noting its charm and character. The configuration allows golfers to experience different perspectives of holes through strategic tee placement variations, offering both shorter and longer options and alternative angles of play throughout the round.
