Rawdon Golf & Lawn Tennis Club is home to an exceptionally well maintained and intricate parkland 9 hole golf course, first established in 1896. The course was designed by Harry Vardon, a famous golfer and course architect in the late 1890s-1914. Although measuring only 5,886 yards in length, the par of 72 is a good indicator of the challenge the course offers to golfers of all abilities. 18 unique tee positions present the player with a different challenge through the front and back 9s.

The club is located approximately six miles north-west of Leeds and Bradford city centres, in the popular residential village of Rawdon. The golf course is a wonderful 9-hole parkland course with undulating tree-lined fairways and testing greens. The course is known for its narrow fairways, mature trees, and well-maintained greens. The course offers a fair test of accuracy and shot-making, making it popular among both casual golfers and those looking to sharpen their skills.
