Quail Valley Golf Club is an 18-hole championship course located in Littlestown, Pennsylvania, approximately 5 miles east of historic Gettysburg. Designed by Paul Hicks and opened in 1993, the course stretches 7,042 yards at par 72 from the longest tees, with a course rating of 72.9 and slope rating of 123. Five sets of tees accommodate golfers of all abilities.
The course is characterized by two distinctly different nines. The front nine plays through a mature stand of trees, while the back nine is more open with water hazards appearing on seven of the nine holes. The layout features demanding risk/reward par 5s and is known for its fast, firm greens. The signature hole is No. 13, a par 3 island green that plays approximately 150 yards and presents a notable psychological challenge. The course includes a driving range with six practice tees.
Quail Valley offers an outstanding challenge balanced with fairness in design, providing both scenic views and variable difficulty across its layout. The course has become a popular destination for both local golfers and visitors to the Gettysburg area.
