Puerto Aventuras Golf Club

Puerto Aventuras Golf Club is a 9-hole, par 36 course located in the Riviera Maya, Mexico. Designed by PGA player Thomas Lehman and established in 1991, it was the first golf course built in the Riviera Maya. The course features Bermuda grass surrounded by regional trees, native palms, and local wildlife, creating an immersive tropical environment that challenges golfers at every shot.

The layout accommodates various playing styles, allowing rounds on either 9 or 18 holes depending on available time. Players may walk with pull carts, carry their clubs, or ride in electric golf carts. Operating from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM with tee times every 10 minutes, the course presents a moderate challenge suited to different skill levels. The natural tropical setting with indigenous vegetation and fauna distinguishes the course as a distinctive playing experience. Puerto Aventuras Golf Club also offers golf instruction through its academy, featuring programs for men, women, children, and private lessons conducted at the on-site pro shop.
