Portland Golf Course

Portland Golf Course is an 18-hole public golf course located in Portland, Connecticut, set in the rolling hills of the Connecticut River Valley. Designed by Geoffrey Cornish, the course has been owned and meticulously maintained by the Kelley family since 1974. The layout features tree-lined fairways and various elevation changes, offering a scenic and challenging experience suitable for golfers of all skill levels. The course's unique routing allows players to experience different configurations, and it is known for its exceptional playing conditions. Centrally positioned in Connecticut, it serves golfers from both the Shoreline and Hartford areas. The facility operates year-round, weather permitting, and offers a fully stocked Pro Shop and on-site restaurant. Portland Golf Course specializes in hosting tournaments and outings and maintains active men's clubs and weekday leagues operating from April through October.
