Ponta Grossa Golf Club is an 18-hole, par-72 course located in Ponta Grossa with panoramic views over the city. Founded in 1982 by Japanese enthusiasts, the course was initially designed by nine holes with assistance from Frederico Germam, then Brazil's top-ranked golfer. The layout expanded to 15 holes in 1992 and reached its current 18-hole configuration in 2004.

The course is set on land donated by the Sumikawa family and features native exuberant vegetation surrounding the grounds, creating a serene natural setting. The clubhouse showcases unique architecture that emphasizes the natural beauty of the landscape. Since 2013, professional management has implemented worldwide-recognized maintenance techniques to enhance course conditions.

The club welcomes players of all ages and skill levels, offering a welcoming environment for both recreational play and business networking. The facility includes an academy and social spaces designed to accommodate families and groups. The course hosts local tournaments, including the annual Aberto de Golfe da Cidade de Ponta Grossa (Open Golf Championship of Ponta Grossa).
