The Tobago Plantations Golf Club is an 18-hole, Par-72 championship course spanning just over 7,000 yards, designed by Bob Hunt and Marcus Blackburn of PGA Golf Management Ltd. Located within the Tobago Plantations Estate in Lowlands, Tobago, the course was woven into the landscape of a former coconut plantation and opened in 2001, with updates completed in 2013.
The terrain features distinctive variations including lakes, woodland thickets, beaches, mangroves, and wild grass areas. A notable Par 4 extends onto a peninsula offering panoramic views of Scarborough and the Atlantic Ocean. The course incorporates characteristic pot bunkers and mature palm trees, with artificial lakes and wetlands created to support wildlife habitat diversity.
Designed to championship standards with four tee positions on all holes, the course accommodates golfers of varying skill levels. The relatively flat layout has been sensitively modified using indigenous plants. The Tobago Plantations Golf Club holds certification as a member of the Audubon Co-operative Sanctuary System and has received Environmental Planning certification. Facilities include a 50-bay driving range, practice greens, clubhouse with pro shop, and The Fairways Bar.
