Founded in 1951 by Oliver and Martha Price, Pittsburgh North Golf Club consists of 27 holes, comprising the original 18 hole Championship Course and the 9 hole Fox Course. The Championship Course spans 6,860 yards with a par of 72. The slope rating is 134. The facility is located at 3800 Bakerstown Road in Bakerstown, Pennsylvania, 1 mile west of Route 8 and 9 miles east of Warrendale.
Many trees frame the fairways and greens, while the course passes around seven lakes that are home to waterfowl and plants. The Championship Course is designed to test golfers of all skill levels, offering a mix of strategically placed bunkers and undulating terrain. The 9-hole Fox course was designed by O.J. (SOX) Price and opened in 1990. The facility offers professional golf instruction and practice facilities including a driving range and putting green.
