Purchased in February 2016 by brothers Brian and Steve Hart, the course underwent significant revitalization within 90 days of new ownership, transforming it from a deteriorated facility into a well-maintained public course.

Improvements included renovated office facilities, new parking lot, enhanced drainage systems, upgraded greens, bridge repairs, and new equipment. The course is designed to provide a casual, friendly environment suitable for golfers of varying skill levels.
