Located in São José dos Pinhais, Paraná, Brazil, Paraná Golf is an 18-hole, par 70 course situated in the greater Curitiba region. Originally founded in 1987 as the Las Palmas Golf & Country Club by the Pellizzari family, the venue was renamed Paraná Golf in 2011 to align with the adjacent hotel complex. After a period where the club became private and reduced its layout to nine holes, it fully reopened in 2025 with its complete 18-hole configuration, marking 34 years of history in the sport. The course is designed as a "farm course," a model intended to provide balanced challenges for players ranging from beginners to scratch golfers. The layout is characterized by undulating greens, crosswinds, and unexpected trajectories that change naturally with each round. This design philosophy aims to eliminate bad habits for novices while offering sufficient difficulty for experienced players to calibrate their games. The club operates as a subsede of the Federação Paranaense de Golfe (FPCG) and features a driving range and putting green for practice. Paraná Golf hosts various tournaments and events throughout the year, including the 1º Aberto do Paraná Golf and the Torneio Dr. Antenor Neves Jr. The club also organizes a Tournament of Reinauguration in partnership with Rotary International and the FPCG. The facility caters to both members and non-members, offering green fees and flexible plans for frequent users, while maintaining a family-friendly atmosphere with amenities such as a restaurant, sauna, and playground.
