Paris Country Club is a nine-hole course designed by Jay Gordon Bennett and opened in 1957. The course spans 3,189 yards from the longest tees with a par of 36, a course rating of 35.7 and a slope rating of 124. The course is located at 195 Country Club Rd, Paris, Tennessee 38242, in Henry County.
The course offers terrific views and challenging play for golfers at every skill level, with well-groomed fairways and greens that keep the course both difficult and friendly. When played twice, the course doubles to 6,378 yards.
The club hosts a variety of interclub and public events, with golf tournaments such as the Fish Fry and 2-Man being staples in its history that draw enthusiasts from Kentucky, Mississippi, Missouri, and East Nashville. The clubhouse underwent comprehensive renovation following a fire in 2005, and a minor restoration in 2019 following a tornado that hit the golf course in February 2018.
