The Les Esserts course is an 18-hole, par-69 layout designed by Donald Harradine and Nicolas Cordonier. Situated in the Swiss Alps, the course begins at an altitude of 1,800 meters and descends to 1,600 meters at the final hole. A shuttle bus service connects the reception area with the first and last holes, facilitating play across the significant elevation changes. The total length of the course is 4,867 meters, and it is open exclusively to players holding a valid handicap or course permit. The terrain offers panoramic views of the surrounding region, specifically the Combins and Mont Blanc massifs. The design is noted for its technical attributes, requiring precision from golfers navigating the mountainous landscape. The course is part of the Golf Club Verbier, which also operates the Les Moulins pitch and putt course nearby. Tournament history on the course includes several notable scores recorded over the years. The course record was set in 1994 by René-Pierre Brouchoud. Subsequent records include a 65 by Thibaut de Torrenté in 2002, Jérome Michellod in 2004, and Valentina de Simoni in 2006. Gregory Serex lowered the men's record to 60 in 2007, and Julien Clément set the current course record of 59 in 2016.
