The course features water hazards and natural features throughout, providing an engaging test for experienced golfers while remaining accessible to beginners. Its design emphasizes short-game practice and offers a faster pace of play compared to traditional 18-hole courses.

The facility is situated in a scenic valley setting with panoramic views and includes complementary amenities such as a practice range, putting green, and pro shop. The Toptracer Range features eight interactive smart bays with technology tracking capabilities, a 1,000 square foot indoor putting green, and a 100-foot high net accommodating full-club play including drivers. Year-round operation is supported by covered bays and heated facilities.

The clubhouse offers lodge-style accommodations with valley views, a central fireplace, and patio space. The course hosts various leagues and tournaments and provides banquet and event facilities.
