The course measures 1,437 yards from the back tees and 1,228 yards from the forward tees, with a par of 29 for both. The layout incorporates varied terrain alternating between hilly and flat sections, with eight strategically positioned sand bunkers surrounding the greens and trees scattered throughout the fairways. Bermuda grass maintains the greens and fairways. The course operates year-round with no water hazards in play, making it accessible for golfers of all skill levels. An onsite putting green is available for warm-up practice. Golf is complimentary for community residents with unlimited all-day free play, while guests may play for a small fee when accompanied by a resident.
