Palmer Hills Golf Course is an award-winning public 18-hole course designed by William J. Spear, located in Bettendorf, Iowa, part of the Quad Cities region. Opened in 1975, the course is built on land purchased from the David Palmer family and sits approximately one mile from Interstate 74.

The layout features rolling hills, 100-year-old oak trees, ponds, and a meandering creek that comes into play on 11 holes. Multiple teeing options accommodate golfers of all skill levels, making the natural water hazards and elevation changes accessible yet challenging.

Palmer Hills was recognized as the "Best Golf Course" in the 2006 Quad City Times Readers Choice awards. The course includes a driving range, pro shop, and Palmer Grill restaurant. Amenities feature electric golf carts and instruction options. The terrain and strategic water placement create a moderately challenging layout that balances playability with interesting shot-making opportunities.
