Built in 1972 as one of Del Webb's original Arizona golf course designs, Palmbrook Golf Club is a classic parkland-style course designed by Greg Nash. Located on the edge of Peoria and Sun City, Arizona, it features a mid-century Palm Springs-like setting with a blend of natural and maintained landscapes.

The course stretches to 6,853 yards from the back tees with five sets of tees accommodating all skill levels. The front nine, called the Palm 9, showcases a tree-lined layout with pines and palms where coyotes occasionally appear. The back nine, the Brook 9, incorporates water hazards on six holes and strategically-placed bunkers requiring precision on approach shots. A notable feature includes lovebirds nesting above the 12th tee box, which inspired the club's logo.

Originally a private country club from 1972 to 2012, Palmbrook opened to the public in 2022 following its purchase by Swing First Golf. The course offers fair difficulty with lush fairways and sloped greens, making it accessible while providing a solid challenge. The facility includes a 25,000 square foot clubhouse with dining and event spaces.
