Pacific Golf Center is a golf practice facility and school located in Toyokawa City, Aichi Prefecture, Japan. The facility features a driving range with 61 bays spread across three floors, all equipped with automatic tee-up systems and extending to a full 250 yards. The range accommodates various skill levels through distinct terrain features on each floor, including elevated tees, flat areas, and downhill shots. The facility includes a nine-hole mini-course designed for practice and casual play. The course features a total par of 27 and includes a mix of uphill and downhill holes, as well as elevated and sloped greens. The layout challenges players with various shot types, including pitch shots, approach shots, and putts. Hole one starts with a difficult shot over a hedge, testing pitch shot accuracy. Hole two features a slightly elevated, difficult green where approach placement significantly impacts scoring. Hole three is a downhill shot to a green that slopes away from the player. Hole four requires precise direction control to avoid a valley, with a narrow green width. Hole five is another downhill shot to a sloping green. Hole six serves as a bunker practice area with a steep uphill approach to a green with significant slope. Hole seven features a distinctive two-tiered green, a signature element of the course, requiring players to land the ball on the front tier. Hole eight is a downhill shot to a large green, suitable for pitch-and-run shots. The ninth hole concludes the round with a water hazard, requiring a precise pitch shot under pressure. The facility also offers simulator golf featuring realistic representations of famous courses, allowing players to track metrics such as distance, spin rate, and clubhead speed. The center operates year-round from 6:00 to 23:30, with night play available on the mini-course.
