Oxley Beach Golf Course is Canada's southernmost golf course, located in Harrow, Ontario, along the Lake Erie Northshore Wine Route, approximately 30 kilometers southeast of Windsor. This scenic public course features 18 holes, all par 3s, designed by Byron Hatfield in 1963.

The layout spans 2,380 yards and includes 16 sand traps, a small natural pond, and a practice green. The course's relatively level terrain gently slopes toward the lake and marsh areas, with lush fairways and well-maintained greens. The sandy soil provides excellent drainage, while large shade trees and cool offshore breezes characterize the setting.

The signature hole is the 13th, featuring a pond fronting the tee box, marsh along the left side, and a distinctive willow tree right of center. This hole is notable for its serene beauty and frequent wildlife sightings including deer, fox, eagles, bullfrogs, and snapping turtles. Shorter tee boxes on four holes provide optional playing distances, making the course suitable for practicing the short game. The course's peaceful lakeside location offers an excellent setting for golfers seeking a par-3 experience.
