Oustøen Country Club

Oustøen Country Club is an 18-hole par 72 golf course located on Oustøen, an idyllic island in Bærum near Oslo, Norway. Established in 1966 as a 9-hole course and expanded to 18 holes between 1993-1995, the course is built across a pristine nature reserve with numerous viewpoints overlooking the Oslofjorden.

The course features a waterfront setting with scenic views of the fjord throughout the round. The layout takes advantage of the natural landscape and terrain of the island location. Beyond the golf course itself, Oustøen Country Club offers a charming clubhouse, gourmet restaurant, and facilities for various social events and gatherings.

The club maintains a private membership structure and emphasizes both sporting excellence and social experiences, encouraging players to enjoy meals and refreshments on the terrace following their rounds. The course has deep historical roots, having been established following a 1964 inquiry from property owner Haagen Oust to Oslo Golf Club about developing a golf course on the island.
