Otter Creek Golf Club is an 18-hole championship course located in Otterville, Ontario, approximately 20 minutes from Woodstock. Designed by renowned Canadian architect Dick Kirkpatrick, the course opened in July 2008 and spans 300 acres carved through wooded valleys of Otter, Cedar, and Spittler Creeks.
The layout measures just over 7,100 yards and offers six sets of tees to accommodate players of all skill levels. The design cleverly meanders across former farmland and tobacco fields, with minimal forced carries from the forward tees making it accessible for beginners. The course presents appropriate challenges for experienced golfers through its wooded creek valley setting and terrain variations.
A rustic 5,000-square-foot clubhouse and 1,500-square-foot patio were completed in 2010, featuring stunning views of the signature 18th hole as it descends through the wooded creek valley. The course is suitable for tournaments and corporate events, with the clubhouse and facilities designed to accommodate such gatherings while maintaining the scenic natural landscape that defines the property.
