Old Orchard Country Club

Old Orchard Country Club is an 18-hole public golf course located in Mount Prospect, Illinois, approximately 25 miles northwest of downtown Chicago and near O'Hare Airport. Established in 1932 by the Wickersham family and now operated by the Prospect Heights Park District since 1999, the course offers country club-quality conditions and service to the general public.

The course features a mature layout with slightly rolling terrain and narrow fairways designed to test accuracy. Water hazards come into play on at least nine holes, adding to the course's challenge. The greens are notably fast and well-maintained, rivaling private club conditions. Old Orchard is characterized as one of the best-conditioned and most challenging courses in the Chicago area, suitable for golfers of varying skill levels.
