Trial Golf & Resort OITA COURSE is an 18-hole championship golf course located in Oita Prefecture, Japan. Designed by Chohei Miyazawa, who inherited the design philosophy of renowned architect Seiichi Inoue, the course opened 50 years ago in 1975. The layout is strategically challenging, featuring both bent and bermuda grass greens with distinct playing characteristics that cater to golfers of all skill levels.

The course is situated in a hillside setting with a design philosophy emphasizing that golf courses are evaluated over decades. The Hill Course presents the fundamentals of golf alongside new challenges for players. The facility underwent a significant clubhouse renovation beginning in October 2025, transitioning to an American resort-style operation while maintaining its traditional character. The resort features a restaurant overseen by curated chefs from the Trial group, offering high-quality cuisine and complimentary salad and dessert buffets with set meals. Located in Oita City, the course is approximately five minutes by car from Miyakochi IC on the Higashi-Kyushu Expressway.
