Oakville Golf Club

Oakville Golf Club is a private, nine-hole golf course established in 1921 in Oakville, Ontario, located on 56 acres at the south end of 6th Line near 16 Mile Creek. The course features challenging long par 4s with a slope rating of 131, providing a demanding test of golf while remaining playable in under two hours for nine holes. Players can also complete a full 18-hole round using alternate tee locations on the back nine.

The course is characterized by its well-maintained conditions, with routing that takes players alongside old-growth forest, evergreen and deciduous trees, a winding stream, an attractive pond, and strategically placed sand traps. The setting provides an accessible escape from urban development, close to residential neighborhoods yet offering a natural, wooded atmosphere. The club maintains a small, limited membership model, fostering a community-oriented environment. In 2015, Oakville Golf Club hosted the Toronto Star Women's Amateur Golf Tournament, demonstrating its standing among regional golf facilities.
