Oahe Hills Golf Course, formerly known as Mobridge Country Club, is a 9 hole public course located just north of Mobridge, SD on Highway 1804. The course opened in 1970. The course measures approximately 2,992 yards from the white tees with a course rating of 34.5 and a slope of 115. The holes are mostly short with 3 of the par 4s between 316-324 yards and the par 4 ninth hole at 426 yards.
Even though there are no bunkers, the undulating hills provide challenges to even the best golfers. The only water in play is a pond in front of the back tee on hole #6. Hole #3 is where golfers enjoy views of beautiful Lake Oahe and Mobridge's bridges. Hole #6 is the toughest as it features a blind tee shot up a hill to a green 393 yards away, with a bell at the 150 marker to alert the next group. The 183-yard #7 is also challenging with the left side guarded by a hill and a green that slopes severely left to right. Each hole offers forward and back tee boxes for golfers. The course continues to host local tournaments and member appreciation events throughout the year.
