NorthRiver Yacht Club is a premier private golf and country club nestled along the scenic banks of Lake Tuscaloosa in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. The championship golf course features 18 holes with a par of 71, originally designed by Gary Player and opened in 1978. The course underwent significant renovations, first in 1997 under the direction of renowned golf course architect Bob Cupp, and again in 2015 when greens were converted from Bermuda grass to Tif-eagle with the addition of Billy Bunker systems.

The club, founded in 1977-78 by philanthropist Jonathan "Jack" Westervelt Warner, offers members a comprehensive array of amenities beyond golf, including tennis, pickleball, fitness facilities, swimming, and dining venues. The lakeside setting provides scenic views and a distinctive water-oriented experience. Currently managed by Troon under its Honours Golf brand, the club represents a selective group of private properties within Troon Privé. Recent enhancements include a 2022 redesign of the Golf View Dining Room and Hemingway Bar, maintaining the course's status as a championship-caliber facility.
