Nettle Creek Country Club

Nettle Creek 'The Creek' is a links-style golf course designed by Buzz Didier and opened in 1993, located in rural Morris, Illinois. The course features a terrific layout with over 6,500 yards from the tips, meandering through ponds, wetlands, and native prairie grasses. It offers wide bent grass fairways and large greens with numerous surrounding bunkers, providing risk/reward scenarios suitable for golfers of all abilities.

The course winds through the Nettle Creek subdivision while maintaining a naturalistic setting enriched by native grasses, wildflowers, and abundant wildlife. This distinctive prairie environment creates a unique design experience for its rural location. Superior playing conditions and the links-style presentation make The Creek a notable destination. The course has hosted numerous tournaments for the Illinois PGA and Chicago District Golf Association since its opening. Public play is available on Saturdays and Sundays.
