National Service Resort & Country Club's Changi Course is an 18-hole championship golf course that opened in 1993. Originally designed by renowned golf architect Max Wexler, the course was enhanced with subsequent additions by Ted Parslow of Parslow & Winter Golf Design.
The course plays to a par 72, with the blue tees measuring 6,183 meters and a course rating of 73.0 and slope rating of 137. The layout features two distinct sections: the 1st tee area presents undulating landscapes with numerous water hazards that challenge golfers of all skill levels, while the 10th tee section, formerly known as the Navy Course, is located along the seafront and features a meandering layout characterized by beautiful coastal scenery.
The course offers multiple tee options to accommodate different player abilities, with course ratings ranging from 70.1 to 76.6 and slope ratings from 132 to 143 depending on the tee selection. Hole 8 is designated as the signature hole. One 9-hole section closes every Monday for maintenance, except on public holidays.
