The course opened on April 23, 1983, and operates as a self-play venue offering a variety of cart options, including push carts, single-rider stand-up carts, and two-person ride-on carts. The West and South courses are designed as 18-hole loops, while the North course consists of a single nine-hole loop that is played twice to complete the round. The West Course presents a total yardage of 3,218 yards from the back tees with a par of 36. The South Course, measuring 2,992 yards from the back tees, also carries a par of 36. The North Course, at 3,020 yards and par 36, rounds out the facility with its own distinct yardage challenges, including a 523-yard 2nd hole and a 130-yard 9th hole. Local rules at the course specify that out-of-bounds areas are marked by white stakes, while red penalty areas are indicated by red stakes. Repair grounds are marked with blue stakes or white lines, and boundary lines are defined by yellow or green stakes, with a one-stroke penalty for crossing them. Players are permitted to take a two-club-length drop for immovable obstructions such as roads, drainage ditches, tree supports, and anti-ball nets. All other regulations follow the standard rules of golf as established by the Japan Golf Association.
