Mylora Executive Golf Course is an 18-hole facility located at 9911 Sidaway Rd in Richmond, BC. The course is a par 57 layout that spans approximately 3,000 yards, designed to accommodate golfers of all ages and skill levels. The property has been in operation for more than 45 years, hosting regular league play and tournaments within the community. The front nine features a mix of par 3s and par 4s, beginning with a 268-yard opening hole that requires a carry to a long, narrow green. The second and third holes are short par 3s of 123 and 138 yards respectively, where wind direction and false fronts on the greens present challenges. The sixth hole stands out as the longest on the front nine at 315 yards, featuring a narrow fairway where errant shots can find trees on either side. The ninth hole introduces water hazards on the right and a massive back-to-front sloping green, requiring accurate tee shots to secure par. The back nine is predominantly composed of par 3 holes, ranging from 110 to 181 yards, which test accuracy and putting skills. The seventh hole, known as the "Valley of Death," is a 130-yard par 3 where anything hit to the right of the green is penalized, while the left side leads to a bunker. The eighth hole, a 112-yard par 3, is notable for having recorded more hole-in-ones than any other hole on the course; it features bunkers on both sides and a back-to-front sloping green. Water hazards come into play on the 10th and 12th holes, with lateral water hazards affecting the 9th, 10th, 11th, and 12th holes. The course concludes with the 18th hole, a 263-yard par 4 that offers a wide, straight fairway. The green slopes from right to left, requiring players to stay below the hole to finish strong. The layout includes sand traps, water hazards, and out-of-bound areas defined by fences, ditches, and parking areas. The facility also includes cart paths and is adjacent to Harrison’s, a bar and restaurant on the premises.
