Multipurpose Golf Field

The Multipurpose Golf Field is a grass sports facility developed on the former grounds of a golf course along the Tone River in Kumagaya City. It features 9 holes with a total par of 33 and a combined distance of 471 meters, accommodating players of varying skill levels.

The facility is designed for ground golf, target bird golf, and park golf, utilizing four distinct playing areas. The course terrain reflects its riverside location, offering a relatively compact layout with holes ranging from 25 to 98 meters. Notable holes include the opening par-5 at 98 meters and several par-3 and par-4 configurations that provide variety in gameplay.

Located within the Tone River General Sports Park complex in the Senuma and Beppu districts, the course operates seasonally with weather and field conditions determining availability. The facility includes basic amenities such as parking, temporary restrooms, and is designed as a public recreational space rather than a traditional championship course. It serves the local community as an accessible golf practice area.
