Mulligan's Pointe

Mulligan's Pointe, formerly Sussex Pines Country Club, is a public golf course located in Georgetown, Delaware. Designed by renowned architect Edmund B. Ault, ASGCA, the course features a 6,659-yard, par 72 layout with four sets of tees to accommodate golfers of all skill levels. The walkable course is characterized by towering pine and hardwood trees lining many holes, creating a picturesque and relaxing environment while still providing meaningful challenge to players.

The course offers a full range of amenities including a driving range, practice green, chipping and bunker practice area, and a full-service Pro Shop with PGA-certified instruction. The facility operates year-round, taking advantage of Southern Delaware's moderate climate. Mulligan's Pointe combines golf with hospitality, featuring a Bar & Grille, banquet facilities accommodating up to 300 guests, and various social events including live music and game nights.
