The Miniborgir golf course, operated by Golfklúbbur Hraunborga, is a nine-hole, par-3 layout located in Hraunborgir, Grímsnes og Grafningshreppur. The course is positioned on the left side of the entrance to the Hraunborgir facility. It is designed to accommodate a wide range of skill levels, serving both beginners and experienced golfers. The facility operates without tee times, allowing players to arrive and play at their convenience. Access to the course is managed through a self-service payment system. Players pay a daily fee of 3,500 ISK, which is deposited into a cash box upon entry. The course is open to the general public. The Hraunborgir area features Lava Village, a service center providing food and drinks for visitors. The course is situated in a rural Icelandic setting, integrated within the broader Hraunborgir complex.
