Millvale Golf Estate is an 18-hole championship golf course located in a secluded valley in the Koster area along the lower Kosterrivier banks near Rustenburg in South Africa's North West province. Designed by Gary Player and Tyrone Yates, with significant upgrades by Phil Jacobs, the course plays to par 72 and is set amongst breathtaking African bushveld scenery surrounded by wildlife.
The course is situated on a private country estate and features manicured conditioning combined with natural landscape elements. The clubhouse was completed in April 2009. The region experiences temperatures ranging from 17°C to 31°C in summer, dropping to 3°C to 21°C in winter.
Millvale offers comprehensive facilities including a driving range, practice putting green with views of Koster Dam, teaching professionals, club and cart hire, caddies, bar, and pro shop. The course remains relatively undiscovered, earning recognition as one of the North West's best-kept golf secrets. Gary Player describes it as "perhaps the most undiscovered gem of a golf course that exists in South Africa," highlighting the unique combination of quality golf, African bushveld environment, wildlife, and immaculate course conditioning.
