The Michigan Duffers Club & Public Golf Course is a nine-hole facility located in Michigan, North Dakota, with a total yardage of 1,987. The course features artificial greens and is open to the public, offering all-day play for a $15 green fee. It was originally established in 1958 as a three-hole sand green course by Oscar Bondy and local volunteers, who later expanded it to five holes and eventually to its current nine-hole layout. The course is situated in a rural setting, with views described from the fairways, including a perspective from Fairway 8 toward the northwest corner. The facility includes a modern clubhouse constructed in 2005 by volunteers and funded through local donations and fundraising. This new state-of-the-art building replaced an original clubhouse that had been remodeled from a donated chicken house, which served the club for many years before being superseded by the current structure. The Duffers Club, which operates the course, hosts specific playing nights for women on Tuesdays and men on Thursdays during the golf season, featuring meals served by members. The club also organizes an annual hole-in-one contest during Michigan Days, which offers a $10,000 prize. Phil Lamb of Michigan is noted as the only winner of this contest to date. The course is managed by the Duffers Club board, and new members can join with annual dues set at $150 for those over 21, $25 for those under 21, and $75 for social membership.
