The course is classified as a Hillside/Woods Course, situated on flat but fertile terrain lined with old red pines. While the general layout is flat, the terrain features natural undulations and scattered trees that add complexity to the play. The fairways are generally wide, though certain sections feature narrow cart paths that necessitate cautious driving.
