Meigi Kokusai Golf Club is an 18-hole championship course featuring two distinct layouts: the Tsumagi Course and the Mikuni Course, each with 9-hole front and back nines, totaling par 72. The Tsumagi Course, with yardages ranging from 2,547 to 3,259 yards, is designed for longer hitters, featuring wide fairways but requiring strategic shot-making. The Mikuni Course, measuring 2,388 to 3,263 yards, emphasizes technical shot variety over distance, appealing to skilled players seeking finesse over power.

Both courses present significant challenges with numerous out-of-bounds areas, strategic bunkering, and undulating greens. Notable features include elevation changes, doglegs, water hazards, and several elevated and downhill holes that demand precise distance control. The Mikuni Course includes scenic 15th hole featuring a creek and pond. Bentgrass greens throughout the facility provide demanding playing surfaces, particularly on back nine holes with considerable slope. The courses demand accurate tee shots and consistent fairway positioning, with wind and topographical variations playing crucial roles in shot selection throughout play.
