Mayfair Country Club is a public golf course located 1 mile off of I-77 in Summit County, midway between Akron and Canton in the City of Green. The course first opened for play in 1968. The Club previously had two 18-hole golf courses, The East Course and The West Course, with the East Course closing in 2004 and the West Course remaining. The 18-hole course features 6,048 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 70. The course rating is 68.5 and it has a slope rating of 116.

The course has water hazards and sand bunkers that come into play throughout its design, with tight, tree lined fairways and four sets of tees to challenge a variety of skill levels. Mayfair Country Club has Bent Grass greens and Bent Grass fairways. The green complexes are very nice and require strategic playing to score well, with deep bunkers guarding most of the greens and a lot of undulation to the greens. A breakfast and lunch buffet is included every day until 2pm with greens fees.
