Acclaimed by national golf publications, Maumee Bay Golf Course is an 18-hole, par-72 course designed by Arthur Hills in 1991. Located on 1,850 acres of protected wetlands along Ohio's north coast, the course features a Scottish-links layout with sweeping views of the natural landscape. Stretching 6,941 yards from the gold tees, it challenges golfers of all skill levels across multiple tee boxes with varying yardages and ratings. The course is characterized by water hazards and undulating terrain typical of links-style design. The 14th hole stands out as the signature hole, known for its twisting par and multiple water hazards that make it the course's most challenging. The facility includes a full-service practice range, clubhouse, and snack bar. The course operates seasonally from March through mid-November, weather permitting.
