Marywood Country Club

Marywood Golf Club, founded in 1926, was designed by architect Maurice McCarthy and features a challenging layout built into rolling, wooded terrain. Located in southern Michigan near Battle Creek, the course is conveniently positioned within an hour of Grand Rapids, Lansing, and Ann Arbor, and approximately two hours from both Detroit and Chicago.

The course presents a slope rating of 132 from the blue tees, offering suitable challenges for players of all skill levels. McCarthy's design effectively utilizes the natural landscape, incorporating the rolling hills and wooded character of the region to create what the club describes as a naturally challenging test of golf.
