Maryland National Golf Club is an 18-hole, par 71 championship course designed by world-renowned architect Arthur Hills. Located in central Maryland's rolling hills near Middletown with views of the Catoctin Mountains, the course spans 6,811 yards and showcases the region's dramatic natural terrain.
The layout features long, rolling fairways and holes carved from natural wooded lowlands, with wetlands and various water hazards strategically positioned throughout. The design takes full advantage of significant elevation changes across the property, creating distinct challenges on each hole. The course overlooks the picturesque Middletown Valley, contributing to its scenic appeal.
The clubhouse, situated on one of the property's highest points, overlooks the 18th hole and provides views across the course. Established in 2002, Maryland National offers world-class course conditions and is recognized as a must-play regional course. The facility includes a full-service golf shop, practice areas, and dining at Schroyer's Tavern, along with various event spaces and corporate meeting venues.
